Train your patience

1. When discussing the interview time by email, they take forever to reply. If you say you need to change the time, they act as if they didn’t see it...

2. The company told you the interview would be from 9:00 to 10:00. When you arrived, you found more than 10 people waiting outside the lobby, so you knew it was very bad... Sure enough, I waited from 9:15 to 11:30 and still wasn’t called. If no one told you, you’d think you were at a large hospital registering to see a doctor!!!

3. Between 9:15 and 11:30, two other interviewees had already left. I eventually couldn’t take it anymore and left too. When I went downstairs to return my visitor pass, another person who didn’t want to wait any longer followed me. I told the administrative staff that I had other interviews that afternoon and hoped to schedule another time with them. How can a company be so poorly organized that it schedules all the applicants for the same time slot just for an interview? Speechless...
