Very close to the MRT. The company has many employees from Banqiao. Using fingerprint recognition to clock in and out is very advanced. There is a security guard on the first floor managing the elevator queue. The area nearby is very convenient. Most of the time, as soon as the end-of-work bell rings, we can clock out and leave. The receptionists help everyone order and distribute boxed lunches. The company environment is very spacious and bright.
There seem to be occasional bullying remarks and subtle actions by some people, and I’m worried it may happen to everyone in turn. People who are sensitive and perceptive may not be a good fit. The restrooms do not have toilet paper, which is very inconvenient. Perhaps I happened to encounter a supervisor whose personality and energy did not mesh well with mine; it felt like capable employees would be suppressed or ostracized. Meetings are also mostly not about serious matters; instead, we listen to gossip, rumors, or remarks with implied meanings. There is pressure to participate in group purchases almost every day, and there is also often pressure to try food samples. Before joining, it is recommended that you prepare an additional phone and adjust your LINE settings, and avoid carrying too much money in your wallet. If you are suddenly asked to leave your seat, it is also recommended that you take your water bottle with you.
