Punctual working hours~ It’s occasionally a little busier around exhibitions (once a year).

Also, the Adobe software at this company is properly licensed, so that deserves some praise XD.

The colleagues in the office are nice; I’m not sure about the people at the factory.

When I worked there, the top managers of the two departments often disagreed, resulting in a situation where there were too many people giving orders and the staff below didn’t know what to do.

I heard that after I left, one department manager was forced out, so there probably isn’t a situation with too many people giving orders anymore.

However, the remaining female manager gave me the impression that she doesn’t respect professional expertise very much. She is rather emotional and tends to target people rather than addressing the issue.

That said, if you become one of her favorites, you should have a very comfortable time.

Finally, the Sales Department consists of well-connected insiders who occupy their positions without doing their jobs.

All the other departments work very hard.
