It has been over two years since my interview and joining Mingtai. During the interview, I met a very good recruiter who was very NICE. One major reason I decided to work for this company was because of him. Unfortunately, he recently left the company. I am truly grateful for the help he gave me back then, and he also had a very good reputation among his colleagues.
Mingtai's salary is slightly above average in the industry. In recent years, the year-end bonus has been more than four months' salary, which is quite good, and the benefits are generally very good.
Activities such as sports days and barbecues are great for young people.
The evaluation process is not transparent.
The executives are too old, and the company cannot accept new ideas.
The company cannot retain good talent.
Some head-office departments only make things difficult for the business units. They have little combat capability externally but are very aggressive internally.
