Pros
1. Solid internal training
2. The supervisors and boss are all very nice and considerate of employees
3. A high degree of freedom
4. You can learn a lot
5. Overtime pay is provided
Cons
Other than having to work more overtime when there are many projects, I really can't think of any drawbacks~~
