Five-day workweek with weekends off and on-time departures; they don't like employees working overtime.
Taking leave is straightforward; the boss and supervisors generally won't maliciously obstruct it.
High salary reported as a lower amount.
On typhoon days and flexible overtime days, employees are forced to deduct the time from their annual leave (those without annual leave are counted as taking unpaid leave).
Employees have previously been forced to take unpaid leave (those with annual leave were likewise forced to use it as a deduction—in short, they really dislike employees having too much annual leave available).
The founding veterans and the boss's relatives are super nice, der—so make sure to get along well with them, okay?
