Cons
You have to fill out a bunch of personal information during the interview—it’s basically a background check.
They haven’t even confirmed that you got the job, yet they still ask you to provide your national ID number
and answer some irrelevant questions.
They had no intention of hiring you in the first place, yet they still asked you to come for an interview. It feels really awful.
There’s no protection at all if the data gets leaked.
