Coming here for an interview showed me that Japanese companies are almost being assimilated by Taiwanese companies... The treatment is even worse than at Taiwanese companies. Why work so hard to improve my Japanese only to come to this kind of environment and accept this kind of treatment? It also showed me that some older Japanese people really speak in a very irritating way.
