The decor is okay.

1. They ask you to fill out basic information, but it is practically a background investigation. Asking whether you chew betel nuts would be one thing, but they also ask whether you smoke or drink, whether you have debts, whether you have a partner, and whether you plan to get married.

2. After the HR interview, they told me to wait for the manager. I waited for over 20 minutes, and they were even too stingy to turn on the air conditioning. The air was extremely stuffy, showing complete disrespect for interviewees, as if other people's time didn't matter. In the end, I told the receptionist that I still had another interview and left. A manager who treats people this disrespectfully is not worth respecting, and I wouldn't dare work under him. From the scheduled interview time until I left, 50 minutes were wasted, with absolutely no efficiency.

3. I didn't see a single male employee in the entire company. Presumably, only women meet their high standards for personality.

If you want to go for an interview, go only if you have nothing to do all day and want to see how long the manager can drag things out. Otherwise, don't waste your time, because you won't even get a cup of water.
