Pros
The interview process was okay.
Cons
The company benefits are poor. The number of days off per month was not specified, but basically, you have to work on Saturdays, depending mainly on how many orders the company receives. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays or year-end bonuses—only labor and health insurance. As for overtime pay, there is no such thing as the 1.33 or 1.66 rate. Overtime pay is calculated based on the average hourly wage derived from the salary.
