2. At the back-office units or headquarters, employees must clock in and out using a fingerprint scanner, which is troublesome, time-consuming, and shows a lack of trust in employees.
3. The company’s internal processes are very strict, and it does not shortchange its employees.
4. The IT department has an overwhelming number of projects.
