The salary is truly determined by haggling at a street market. Compared with many companies in the same industry, it is relatively low. A year-end bonus equivalent to 15 months of salary is not guaranteed, and there are no additional bonuses. Many small companies in the same industry still provide monthly and quarterly bonuses. Relying on its large size, the company speaks to people with great disdain, not realizing that internally it can only find monkeys—or monkeys who only know how to fight among themselves. As a result, it cannot retain talent, the company’s performance continues to decline, and even its own employees call their company full of useless people. It is quite amusing, really. It is not bad as a stepping-stone company for developing your skills, but this is not a company worth staying at until retirement.
