The company’s façade is impressive.
Friends coming here for an interview, please take note:
This company is extremely disrespectful toward interviewees.
In my previous experience, I passed the initial interview, and they said verbally that they would arrange a second interview.
After a month passed with no news, I proactively emailed to ask, and only then did they arrange the second interview.
After the second interview, the supervisor said on the spot that there was no problem and that HR would subsequently be arranged to verify the salary;
I then waited another long month, still with no news.
After emailing to ask again, all I received was:
"After consulting with the supervisor, your qualifications meet our requirements, but the supervisor believes there is a more suitable candidate, so you will not be hired..."
They completely treated me like an idiot and toyed with me. In addition to wasting the time I took off work for two interviews,
they did not proactively inform me of the result afterward (after the second interview, I asked HR to respond with the result, and they agreed to do so).
They showed absolutely no respect for people and lacked the demeanor of a major company.
Anyone planning to interview at this company should think twice.
