New office
Large workspace
New furnishings, but they made the warehouse so small.
Why the hell are they bringing in so much inventory?
They even put down new carpet, but still bring inventory in on plastic sheeting, so everything gets wrinkled when it’s dragged in.
It makes things extremely difficult for the drivers. It’s unbelievably stupid.
Orders are taken by phone and written on little scraps of paper. If something gets missed, who are you going to blame?
They don’t even standardize product names.
One moment they use the scientific name, then the common name, then a new name.
The warehouse staff even have to create their own spreadsheets.
Just dealing with that is exhausting enough.
They end up shipping late into the night.
They wear themselves out, while the logistics staff have to wait forever for them.
How about thinking things through first
before starting a company?
104 even falsely claimed that the salary would become 35K after one month.
When the time came, it didn’t change. When I asked about it, they said that at a typical company, they review performance after three months.
Then don’t write it that way on 104. You’re trying to recruit people while pretending to be generous. If you can’t afford it, just be honest instead of wasting people’s time.
There are a bunch of people with deeply ingrained subservience,
otherwise they’re old-school workers who flatter their superiors.
No wonder it’s a model example of a small or medium-sized business on this godforsaken island.
The boss made his own office the biggest of all,
sitting inside looking thoroughly pleased with himself.
The office is beautiful, but the work is unbelievably terrible.
A bunch of people with no other options pretend to be veteran employees in there. Pathetic.
