Pros
The engineering manager conducted the interview personally.
Cons
During the interview, the supervisor said that I would definitely be hired, but HR never notified me. It was only a few days before the start date, when I called to confirm myself, that I found out I had not been hired. Fortunately, I wasn’t told that I hadn’t been hired on the actual start date. A waste of interview and waiting time.
