● Security Guard Interview
The interviewer was quite friendly and polite. Before the interview, I had to fill out the résumé, personality test, essay questions, and intelligence test again—about 60 questions in total. (If you plan to attend the interview, it is recommended that you allow at least 2 hours to complete everything smoothly.)
Essay questions:
a. What qualifications do you think someone working in the service industry should have? Which of these qualifications do you possess?
b. What suggestions do you have for this hotel?
The interviewer said that this position is only relatively busy on weekends and holidays when there are wedding banquets. Duties include directing cars where to park and controlling personnel entry and exit. It is a single-shift position, with working hours of 8.5 hours, including a 0.5-hour meal break at the company restaurant. The monthly salary is NT$32,000, including allowances. An overnight shift must be worked approximately once every 2–3 days, though shifts can be swapped with colleagues when necessary. The employer hopes to find a highly stable, long-term employee.
