中陽建設股份有限公司
Pros

Replacing an entire truckload of people every year

Cons

Zhongyang Construction is the company that operates Daliart Arts Plaza.

Its representative projects include the Daya Department Store, Jingming 1st Street, and the MacArthur Building.

They are constantly looking for people on job sites to come in for interviews.

Several hundred people have already come and gone.

They have invited all kinds of arts and cultural groups, companies, and organizations to submit proposals and collaborate.

The key issue is that the boss has no sense, has a bad temper, and has problems managing their emotions.

They also do not trust or respect professional expertise.

There is a minor change every three days and a major change every five days.

They also lack integrity in collaborations; the contracts and agreements they sign are merely for reference.

Many partner organizations have not received their final payments, and some are suing one another over it.

The company culture is also that of a family business. There is Section Chief Chang's young mistress, who, although nominally a section chief,

is actually an unofficial director who only knows how to take credit from subordinates and other departments,

using external ideas and proposals to pad her performance record.

It's not that there aren't good employees or partner organizations.

In any case, they are short-sighted and only want quick results and profits,

buying houses and speculating in land.

They don't care about art, culture, or the creative industries,

which is why they operate this way and keep getting more lowbrow.

That's all.

Other people who have collaborated with them, submitted proposals, or worked there are welcome to come forward and add more.

There must be a lot.

Let's prevent collaborations with bad organizations.

Taichung's notoriously awful cultural and creative arts software plaza—Taichung Qiumao Park, perhaps.

Cherish your life and stay away from Daliart.
