Pros
The company benefits are good, and the boss is very generous—there’s food and drinks.
Cons
The pay is inconsistent, and everything depends on the boss’s mood. When the boss is in a good mood, things are good; when the boss is in a bad mood, nothing is good. I recommend that only people with relevant experience apply for jobs here. All I can say is that the turnover rate here is very high.
