Many small perks; additionally, the company provides bonuses for the three major traditional holidays, development bonuses, and a year-end bonus.
The workplace atmosphere is too quiet. There are nearly 30 people in the entire company, but no one talks, so everyone can only chat using the company Skype. The office computers are arranged facing each other without partitions, which makes it exhausting after working all day. The female manager has a bad temper, so you need to keep your eyes open when joining. Although this is a trading company, for some reason it implements an ISO system. From time to time, the entire company has to spend time holding meetings to discuss ISO matters. This system is actually used to evaluate everyone’s performance and serves as the basis for bonuses. I resigned after working there for one month. A small trading company really does not need to adopt the kind of system used by large publicly listed companies to torment its employees.
