The people there are pretty nice.
New hires have to start by learning the most basic tasks, and can only go on the floor after fully learning them. Base salary 22,000 + other allowances = 26,000
New hires don't need to work overtime, but the training system is somewhat speechless. You start by doing the most basic tasks, and then they basically leave you to your own devices. During the several days I was there, I spent the entire day mopping the floor... At this training pace, it might take a long time before you can officially start working shifts on the floor. So I resigned~ This place should be tolerable if you can stick it out, provided you can endure the boredom and the low pay during the initial period.
