I don't know what advantages to write.
1. The timing of the interview invitation was quite unusual, outside normal working hours, such as 17:00 or 18:30.
2. The interview position and recruitment details were unclear. Most of the time was spent introducing the personal career history of the company's senior executives, who claimed to have worked with major brands, although the work I saw did not appear to reflect this.
3. The startup tried very hard to project an open and friendly atmosphere, but it never quite felt that way during the conversation. Employee education and training benefits became bargaining chips in salary negotiations, which felt contradictory—as if they wanted to offer them but were not willing to do so straightforwardly.
4. After the interview, I felt that I had simply wasted my time twice, and I also had to sit around waiting for another 10–30 minutes.
