財團法人忠泰建築文化藝術基金會
Pros

-Position applied for: Media Promotion Specialist-

1. Good environment and fairly convenient transportation

2. The office is located in the JUT Land building

3. The organizational structure is presumably flat and conducive to communication

4. The staff member who greeted me was very friendly (and was also one of the interviewers)

5. The interview process was rigorous (?) Materials had to be prepared and submitted as required before, during, and after the interview (preparing and submitting a marketing analysis presentation beforehand, filling out a personnel information form and psychological test, giving the presentation during the interview, and writing a press release afterward)

Cons

1. Very traditional: Applicants are required to fill out an old-fashioned personnel information form (not only does it ask about compensation at previous jobs, it even wants to know whether every family member is alive or deceased; I chose not to fill that part out)

2. The interview process was very one-sided: (There were two people present: the interview contact and a supervisor)

-They took turns asking questions nonstop, then moved directly to the presentation once they were finished

-They gave no feedback at all immediately after the presentation (I had to specifically ask afterward to be told that there were mistakes, but they did not explain them in detail)

-After the interview, they said thank you and asked me to go to the small room next door to write a press release (one hour to write an A4 page, with only very broad directions for the topic)

-They gave no time to ask questions. When I asked about the unit's positioning, direction, and future development, they only responded, “You can actually find all of that online,” and “These questions are actually too broad (supervisor); I don't have time to answer them.”

-When I asked about the job responsibilities, they only responded to what the interviewee had personally inferred, rather than explaining the job responsibilities and their expectations for the candidate themselves

3. They wasted the entire afternoon on the interview and did not even send a rejection email or any notification that I had not been selected
