The HR person is very nice and has high emotional intelligence.
An American company in name but Taiwanese in essence. The interview includes written tests covering product specification comparisons, Fermi questions, and English summary writing. The co-founder loves telling interviewees about how well the company can expand into markets, and so on, but is unwilling to offer a decent salary. The office is small and cramped. During the interview, they also went out of their way to disparage other cross-border e-commerce companies. Their perspective is really quite narrow; even if I received an offer, I wouldn’t accept it.
