They make doing your own business sound incredibly appealing.
Cons
Does not comply with the law
Labor and health insurance enrollment is not handled on time
No overtime pay and no compensatory leave
Job responsibility system
The salary they promised may be changed on-site
Also, the salary is inflated on paper; in reality, things like fuel costs are not reimbursed
Everything is included in your salary, making it seem high
The year-end bonus is still unknown
