Work is not boring; everyone has something really busy to do.
The company has no promotion system.
The bosses really like playing competition games. If you lose a competition with a coworker, you get fined. Employees are here to make money, not to play games with you and then get fined.
They always remember to impose fines, but forget the rewards they promise. They also take several months to pay out competition bonuses. No one dares to bring up the rewards that were forgotten.
There is no overtime pay, but there is a culture of “working overtime together is what makes a good coworker.”
There are several bosses; the one in the warehouse especially loves berating people.
