Friendly attitude, job duties were explained very clearly

There were openings for both customer service and administrative positions. I applied for the administrative position, but was told they were actually looking for someone for customer service. I spent a lot of time taking a personality test. The company has a standard application form. HR conducted the first interview and was very polite, chatting with me briefly. They said they would report back to their supervisor and, if everything was acceptable, proceed with a second interview. They may have felt during the conversation that I was not very satisfied with the job responsibilities. I never received notification about a second interview.
