You get seven days of annual leave upon joining, the working hours are relatively flexible, and when there’s nothing to do, the boss will tell everyone to leave early.
[Sincere advice] The boss has serious emotional-management issues and often uses foul language at the office. He tends to act without logic and lacks project-management skills. Designers are more like the director’s hands, carrying out his ideas for him. His physical gestures toward female employees can easily become overly close and disrespectful. You have to endure the boss’s secondhand smoke. There is no year-end bonus or overtime pay.
