* 8.5 working hours per day, starting at 8:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM, with no overtime pay; it is all considered a responsibility-based work system.
* Employees must take turns answering calls at noon; when it is your turn, you cannot take a lunch break.
* When the government announces flexible holidays, the company requires employees to work half days.
(This year’s 228 Memorial Day holiday: instead of making up the workday on February 23, employees were required to work half days from February 28 to March 1.)
