1- During the interview, the interviewer frequently interrupted the conversation.
2- The interviewer asked overly abstract questions.
For example: How would you manage the products in your hands? What are your views on marketing?
If the answer was not what the interviewer wanted to hear, they would criticize the job candidate directly on the spot.
3- The interview was excessively long (nearly three hours). Most of the time, the interviewer was either asking and answering their own questions or arguing against the candidate’s answers.
4- The interview did not mention any company policies or employee benefits.
5- During the interview, the interviewer boasted that the company managed its social media presence effectively. However, verification showed that the company’s Facebook page had fewer than 300 likes, with an average of approximately 15 likes per post (the Facebook URL has since been removed from the job bank).
