Too many drawbacks; I can't think of any advantages for the moment.

1. Overseas offices: The company’s job-bank listing says it has overseas offices on the U.S. East and West Coasts and in Shanghai, but in reality, these offices have been gone for quite some time.

2. Number of employees: The listing says approximately 50 employees. In reality, the Taipei office has only about 9 people excluding the boss, and the Shenzhen office has roughly the same number.

3. Main clients: Almost all the clients listed on the job bank are clients the company has no dealings with.

4. Clock in when starting work; work on a responsibility-based system after hours.

5. Performance bonuses: There is no clear standard, and I have never seen anyone receive one.

6. Leave: Company policy states that employees cannot take more than three consecutive days off. It even requires employees to use up their leave by the end of the year; afterward, they cannot make up the leave or convert it into salary.

7. When the government announced an early dismissal due to a typhoon, the boss also urged us to leave early and go home. However, when we actually received our pay, we discovered that our salaries had been deducted.

8. High turnover; a young employee is considered senior after working for more than one year.
