The night shift provides meals, and that's it!
Low pay, lots of work. Overtime pay is available now. On average, there are 1–2 hours of overtime per day, and meal breaks are short (effectively overtime?). Year-end bonuses are given at management's discretion. The news is all fake; the benefits are really not that great. There have been no pay raises for four or five years, and the pay is even lower than that of new hires. When working overtime, you're also sarcastically accused of deliberately working slowly just to claim overtime pay. I truly do not recommend this company—it is extremely exploitative. The atmosphere at work is terrible; everything is controlled, just like under martial law.
To young people just entering the workforce: don't act impulsively—stay away!
