Planners need to oversee everything from the initial proposal through subsequent assignments and execution. Each person is responsible for their own projects, with no further division into smaller planning-related departments. It sounds like you could learn about many different aspects, but it would probably also be very tiring.

The company seems to work with quite a few other companies, since the manager mentioned outsourcing. The scope of its business really does seem quite broad.

The interview atmosphere was okay. The manager was more like they were chatting with you? Although this is somewhat subjective, I personally prefer this kind of atmosphere because it feels less stressful. The interviewer answered almost all of my questions, as long as I had prepared sufficiently.

Another point that attracted me was that the company’s benefits are pretty good. There is no need to work on make-up workdays, and I heard that they occasionally let everyone leave early before long holidays. For people from out of town, that is quite considerate.

When there are many projects, overtime may be necessary. The manager speaks briefly, so if you want to know more, you need to ask follow-up questions yourself.
