A few years ago, I went for an interview. After filling out the company's standard résumé, I waited for about half an hour in what seemed to be the staff cafeteria. HR said the supervisor was out. When the interview started, they asked me to introduce my work experience and so on. After listening, they simply said I wasn't the person the company was looking for. At that point, I really felt like just leaving.
