Pros
High employee turnover means you can meet many friends with whom you develop strong bonds.
Cons
Poor environment, poor pay, long working hours
No overtime pay, no time off in lieu, and significant deductions for being late
No matter how unwell you feel—even with a broken leg—you still have to crawl to work
They monitor what day and what time you work overtime on holidays
They sugarcoat it by saying the environment is for everyone to use, but require all employees to clean it
Besides working overtime on drafts, you also have to make time to do manual labor and chase the garbage truck
