台灣牛陣但馬屋有限公司
Pros

The products being sold look very high-end (if that counts as a pro?).

Cons

The boss always starts drinking as soon as work begins and keeps drinking until the end of the workday, smelling of alcohol every day. During the interview, he said that working hours were flexible and that clocking in was not required, but after actually starting work, things were completely different. When he needs you to work overtime, he says you don't need to clock in; when he doesn't need you to work overtime, he says you must clock in.

He is always shouting about temperature control, temperature control, yet he himself spends all day taking taxis to deliver goods.

During the interview, he said days off would be scheduled on a rotating basis, but in practice, if there was a pickup at the airport or some other situation, he would try to force employees to work on their days off. If you refused, he would say he would lay you off, because he is already 60 and does not want to do these loading and delivery tasks anymore. The same applies when a raise is mentioned: he says employees make no contribution to the company whatsoever.

He will keep pressuring employees to sign records of labor-management meetings that are not official at all.

Because the manager in Taiwan (the aforementioned boss) is not the person officially listed as representing the company, he acts with complete impunity.

If you really want to experience what it is like to live with an alcoholic, this is a suitable place—but he is the only one allowed to drink, not you.
