The only advantage is that the environment is good.
I interviewed with this company, which is located in a building. The environment is quite OK, but I felt there were somewhat too many people. The nature of this job is very miscellaneous; the two or three interviewers will tell you this right from the start. After working as a business assistant for about half a year, you will be required to transfer to a customer service/sales position (your salary will be adjusted). The salary for the position is approximately NT$26,000–28,000 (but be mentally prepared). The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and overtime is possible (with overtime pay). Because the company is quite exploitative and has many rules (there is an employee handbook), the benefits are still fairly good, and there are performance bonuses. If you don't mind being exploited, you can give it a try.
