They like employees to work overtime, saying it's meant to give you experience.

Many of the company's systems were established by the boss just by talking.

You can see many benefits and policies, but they have never actually been implemented.

A raise is nowhere in sight, and the team is very inefficient at executing tasks.

Everyone often gets together to review problems, making it seem like something is really being done,

but next time they still make the same mistakes, then get together again and spend even more time reviewing them?!?!??

Leadership lives in its own management world and really likes to make grand promises to subordinates.

They put on airs in front of parents, acting as if they are superior, while teachers keep leaving in droves.

The key point is: the pay is very, very low!!!!!

Yet they care about that minuscule amount of politeness????
