8 hours of work per day, no need to clock in, weekends off.
The boss is very good at calculating and saving money, saving the company a lot of money.
The boss says everyone in the company is simple-minded and that complicated people are not welcome.
Salary...呵呵 35K–55K? Dream on. If they give you the minimum wage of 21,009, you should be laughing with relief. For full-time employees, the boss himself says it is 25K.
Started work on 106/7/28 (Taiwan calendar; July 28, 2017).
Labor and health insurance were not provided until October 1. The reason given was that they were too busy and forgot.
The insured salary was also set at the minimum wage.
Labor insurance: 11,100, part-time employment.
Health insurance: 21,009.
Then, when payday came, the money was handed to you in person. They did not provide a payslip and did not dare to transfer the money, probably because they were afraid of being reported.
The first month's salary was only 10K, on the grounds that I had not generated any value.
The second month, they said it would still be 10K because they had paid the labor and health insurance for me (they also paid the salary 8 days late and needed to be reminded by the employee).
A few days later, the occupational union sent me a payment slip. The fees for 9/1–12/31 had been paid—over 7,500—so I discovered that the company had only enrolled me in insurance on October 1.
The boss's reason was that there had only been four people in the company before I joined, and mandatory enrollment only applied to companies with five or more employees. He made it sound as though not providing insurance was perfectly reasonable.
I was not paid my salary for the period after I resigned either.
If you really intend to join this company, I recommend agreeing on the salary and signing a contract on the first day, making sure labor and health insurance are provided, and requiring payslips. Only then should you discuss anything else.
