No advantages
Unable to leave on time; overtime pay is not necessarily provided, and there have been occasions when employees worked until the next morning before finishing. The boss’s mood is unpredictable. The salary is poor. If there are no senior managers or designers, don’t come. Whether you are a design genius, an incompetent person, or passionate, do not set foot here. At this workplace, people are not treated like people. If something goes wrong, you may be subjected to extremely severe verbal abuse; those who are not mentally and emotionally resilient should think twice. If you love design and love yourself, please stay away.
