No overtime (for internal administrative staff); if overtime is required, overtime pay is provided. The office atmosphere is pleasant, and the colleagues and supervisors are all very nice, making it a good place to settle in for the long term. There is an employee cafeteria for lunch, costing about NT$700 per month. The food is a little salty and contains MSG, leaving your mouth dry after eating. Internal clubs hold activities, including hiking and badminton clubs. The year-end bonus is fixed at two months' salary, and the gifts for the three major holidays and birthdays are Carrefour vouchers.
The salary is not high, and it is not adjusted very often. The workplace is located at a factory. Although the factory is on the first floor and the office is on the second floor, there is still occasionally a foul odor.
