There isn’t too much pressure at work, and no one really oversees you.

When I applied, I was misled by the 104 job advertisement into thinking it was a Dutch company, but it is actually a Taiwanese company. The boss doesn’t really respect employees either, arbitrarily transferring them between departments and changing their job responsibilities. The products themselves also have many problems.
