1. Chengzhongheng Construction is like one big family, with a very good working atmosphere.
2. The company is financially sound. I have worked here for nearly several years, and the company's performance has grown every year, giving me a strong sense of stability. Once employees join, they do not want to leave.
3. Employee benefits are much better than initially expected. Every year, the employee welfare committee lets employees vote on domestic and overseas trips, share subscriptions for development projects, profit sharing, and more. Although the stated monthly salary is NT$40,000–50,000, the actual amount received can be NT$70,000–80,000.
4. The senior employees are all highly capable and know how to mentor others.
5. The company has a good reputation in the industry, and employees are often approached by competitors with higher-salary offers after joining.
1. Supervisors are extremely demanding about quality and work safety. Even when the client is very satisfied, a supervisor may still require something to be demolished and redone because of one minor flaw. You often have to do things that you feel are unnecessary.
2. Since projects may be located in northern, central, or southern Taiwan, or even on outlying islands, there may be a risk of being assigned away from home. Although the company says assignments are based primarily on employees' wishes, the terms offered may make people hesitate. Those with families should consider this carefully.
3. You may feel pressure when working under tight construction schedules.
