There is not much company-related information available online, but in practice, you can see that the company spans many fields and is ambitiously growing quietly. The company owner started from scratch. It is a small company with a team of around ten people. From what I observed, the team spirit is very strong.

The interview location appeared to be the head office. It was a small office with somewhat dim lighting. Music was playing, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the employees all seemed polite and welcoming. Overall, the environment felt very nice. There was a conference room with artwork by Yoshitomo Nara on the walls, as well as materials outlining meeting procedures (emphasizing the importance of meetings, exchanging opinions, taking meeting minutes, and so on).

Process: Submit a résumé, personal information, and psychological tests, followed by relevant questions (which applicants may also ask).

Tests:

1) DISC personality test (10 questions + 40 questions)

2) Shape preference test (⭕️🔺◾️➕@)

3) Personality tendency test (adding one stroke to the character 日)

After the interview, they arranged a trial work session to see what the actual work situation was like before making a decision, which was quite reasonable.

My impression from the interview was that YouChuang is very willing to offer good compensation, but they are selective and look for people who fit their team.

My advice is to be honest, because the interviewer will still use questions to break through your packaging (if you have any).

The above may be somewhat rambling, but I hope it will be helpful to others.

After my interview, I personally became quite interested in this team :)

- The office has somewhat dim lighting

- People with weaker psychological resilience may feel after the interview that YouChuang was quite aggressive (because of the psychological tests and interview style). They may criticize the company afterward, which could somewhat affect ordinary people's perceptions of the company.
