The occupational safety position has fixed hours, a five-day workweek, and starts at 32K.
For a fresh graduate in Kaohsiung just entering the field, it’s fairly good.
The person in charge of training others is also pretty decent.
They only enroll you in insurance after three days, and there is also a probationary period, which violates the Labor Standards Act.
Their occupational safety staff need to support the work of on-site personnel.
It is not purely an office job.
New occupational safety staff also have to be directed by senior on-site personnel.
Although it is not a construction industry job, you still have to work under the sun.
If you think it doesn’t matter, you can disregard what I said.
But then you don’t need to study hard to obtain any certifications either.
You might as well become on-site personnel directly; it would be faster.
Because you not only have to support the on-site work, but also perform occupational safety duties.
On-site personnel do not have to shoulder the responsibility, but you do.
