The CTO is capable, and you can learn things.
The job posting says there are 8 employees, but I only saw 2.
They ask for a junior, yet expect a certain level of immediate productivity.
That level of immediate productivity is not a problem in itself.
The problem is that the salary is only NT$500,000–800,000.
If you have that level of ability, it is absolutely not difficult to earn the salary on the left in Taipei.
There are even plenty of companies offering the salary on the left that are willing to train people.
Also, the company’s environment is extremely cramped.
The boss would be better off renting a coworking space outside.
The benefits are basically nothing special either.
For capable people who like startups, there are plenty of good startups to choose from,
and their benefits are definitely far better.
It is not difficult to earn the salary on the right either.
In summary, I can’t think of any reason to join this company.
