The colleagues are really easy to get along with. Everyone in the kitchen, restaurant, and at the front desk is very nice. Even the caddies and the senior staff are pleasant to chat with. The restaurant supervisors are also good and always considerate of others. The restaurant also provides staff meals. Great!

The supervisor's supervisor (currently apparently the vice president?) is extremely unpleasant. They like to verbally attack employees (even their body shape and skin can become targets) and often use extremely cutting remarks to hurt others.

The benefits for part-time and full-time employees are very poor. Part-time employees are not paid overtime and are forced to make up the hours on another day. Full-time employees are forced not to claim overtime hours and instead have to pay out of pocket.

On typhoon days, the supervisor does not go out to work but still tells employees whose homes are flooded and who cannot easily get out to come to work.

When someone wants to resign, they always ask what industry they plan to work in next, then criticize that industry, saying it definitely will not make money and has no future, and so on. They look down on the industry and only say that the leisure industry is the trend of the future.

If they take a dislike to an employee, they will also go around picking on minor faults to pressure the employee until the employee cannot take it anymore and resigns.
