Don't know
A work environment that combines a café with a back-office area, separated only by a partition. The back-office cubicle is about two pings in size but has to squeeze in four or five people, so it's extremely noisy~ How could a café like this attract customers? People want to enjoy coffee in peace and quiet, but there's a racket going on behind them.
The interview form was about five pages long, and you also had to answer questions similar to an aptitude test, as well as essay questions. One question asked what your parents do and what kind of people you think they are. What the hell does that have to do with you? Am I here for a job interview or a matchmaking session?
The whole thing took at least half an hour to fill out—a waste of time. It wasn't the boss conducting the interview; it was an employee.
They also asked you to go home and do an assignment, while the salary wasn't clearly stated. The job bank listing said “salary negotiable, starting at 40,000,” but judging from what other people said, that probably isn't possible, haha. In the end, I wasn't hired—maybe I put my expected salary too high and they couldn't afford me, lol.
