104.com.tw → “Benefits exceeding those required by the Labor Standards Act, including: pet sick leave, pet bereavement leave, and pet adoption/childcare leave.”
You can’t even finish all the work, so of course these benefits are impossible~ (Even when a dog is sick, the boss will say, “You can bring it to work and take care of it.” If the dog is unwell, why can’t you stay home to care for it?)
If I really had to name something, it would probably be severance pay—but I think a smart person like you wouldn’t want to collect it.
Summary: Do not join this company under any circumstances, unless you believe that work is supposed to exploit you. This position covers copywriting, customer service, advertising, photography assistance, public relations, events, website back-end operations, Facebook page management, and event planning.
1. The stated working hours are 9:00–18:00, but the work is absolutely impossible to finish. After joining the company, I almost always worked until 10 p.m., or even into the early morning, and I also worked from home on holidays. Starting work early does not mean you can leave early. The boss constantly changes decisions, and things may not even be used after you finish them—wasting employees’ time and then saying that time is very precious.
2. They may only want employees who are good at flattering others or who are extremely obedient. If you have too many opinions of your own, you may even be told that you act too much like the boss and be dismissed.
3. The boss gives the impression that he thinks he is the only ethical company left in the world and is unable to acknowledge the strengths of other vendors.
4. They want employees to improve but are unwilling to train them. They will also find ways to make you do more work, tell you to pursue further education on your own, and say that the cost is not expensive at all. (Then why not provide a subsidy?)
5. They clearly lack empathy for employees, yet constantly repeat the word “empathy.”
6. There is too much to say, so I won’t go into detail.
