Pros
Thinking about it, there really isn't anything enjoyable.
Cons
There are all kinds of reasons to dock your pay, and a whole bunch of inexplicable things. For example, the boss's dog bites people, yet they insist on keeping it in the work area. Coworkers are expected to help clean up after the dog and take care of it, in addition to being bitten. If you get bitten, they even blame you for provoking it.
