Very people-oriented. Employees and managers often arrange outings together in their free time, and managers are also very willing to listen to employees’ complaints.
Moreover, they are very accommodating if you need to take leave unexpectedly for any reason.
Accommodation, lunch, and a living-away-from-home allowance are provided, which is much better than the benefits at most companies!!
The company is very willing to provide sufficient manpower at worksites, unlike other companies that assign only one or two people regardless of how large the site is!!
The year-end bonus is paid in two installments, and there are two company banquets each year (the year-end banquet and the spring banquet). Even if you do not win a prize at the spring banquet, there is still a “Lucky Prize” of NT$5,000.
The only issue is that the overtime pay is insufficient (depending on the senior manager).
There are no bonuses or completion bonuses.
Worksites operate under a responsibility-based system, which is already the norm. If you are willing to put in the effort, you will surely learn faster!!
